#WCWS 2016
So Josey has been a college softball fan since she was about 5…she’s watched more of it than anybody I know. Saturday, she and Joe went to the #WCWS, and she came home more excited than I’ve ever seen her. She got to meet, talk to and get autographs from Jessica Mendoza, Michele Smith and Beth Mowins. She said they were SO nice.
She’s still carrying that softball around and even has it close by tonight as she cheers on her Sooners.
It has been a bummer softball season for her with her two Achilles surgeries a few months ago, but she’s continued to work hard and support her team however she can. We’ve been very proud of how she’s handled it.
I’m so thankful for this highlight for her. So thankful.
